Shipping Policy

If you require any specialised shipping, please contact us! We are always happy to help.

We unfortunately do not do combined shipping, but if you are looking at completing a special project which requires bulk shipping of items, please give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.

Given the ordering process has been a smooth transaction, we generally ship items within 2-3 business days. The delivery time will depend on your location. You can call us at any time for an update on the process.

Delivery is based upon the ground floor. In most cases, the driver is happy to deliver to a higher floor given the use of a working elevator. In some scenarios, if elevators are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will need to accommodate the receiving of the delivery.

Returns Policy

Please understand we are a business and must ensure that if we are accepting a returned item the reason is valid and just. If you are not happy with your item and wish to have it refunded we are always happy to do this for you. We do have criteria for being able to process your refund though. We will not be able to refund you if:

1) The Item is assembled. Flat packed items must be in the original state, as when delivered.
2) The original packaging has been discarded.
3) The Item is returned damaged.

If one of the above occurs, we will charge a restocking fee of 25%, plus the return postage. This will then be deducted off the refund total.

In addition, management reserves the right to refuse refunds based upon a case by case basis.
